What is your return policy for online orders?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in original, unworn condition with all packaging included. Please note that custom prescription lenses are non-refundable.
Do you offer a warranty on your eyewear?
Yes, all Wiley X eyewear is covered by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. If you ordered custom prescription lenses, please allow an additional 10-14 business days for laboratory processing.
Can I purchase replacement lenses for my frames?
Yes, we sell replacement lenses for most of our active and climate control series models so you can easily update your look or replace scratched lenses.
