At Wiley X, we stand behind our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your high-performance eyewear. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of the original delivery date.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your eyewear in its original case.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all original accessories and documentation are included.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
